After 4 hours of simmering, fresh pineapples and mangos are further transformed into fruit jam with some sweet & sour taste. Each day, a total of 1000 gram fresh fruits can only be concentrated into 250 gram fruit jam, making each of our fruit tarts filled with smooth texture, fruit sweetness, and natural fragrance.
With no winter melon, spices, coloring and preservatives further added, brown rice is applied as a main ingredient to the rice crust to enhance overall texture.
